We all live in a world so conductive to the perpetuation of rivalries,  it is what we mere mortals get for having been created with freedom of choice. How we use this inherent gift to feel and to think of what we can help to the improvement of the society where we live.

As the Dean of College of Arts and Sciences Dr. Mario A. Fetalver Jr. ruled his fellow teachers and students with respect and dedication. To show-up what he got and what he did to mold and to make his students endowed with good values and better person in the republic.

Dr. Mario A. Fetalver Jr. simply called as “Docmar” made a drastic move to turn the college above all. Students respect, admire and love him as their second parent. It is indeed a great pleasure for me to study here with this kind of mentor. In his jiffy moves to solve problems in his office, we can say that “Docmar” is a brilliant one!, whom we can lean on and yearn love, help when we have problems and difficulties, be it in life and in studies.

To be efficient and effective is what “Docmar” always in hand. What is good, what is better, and what is really important to put in, are the things he always wish to implement.

His deeds now stand proud, mighty and forever, likewise, “Docmar” has served as a beacon both to his co-teachers and students as each tries to find his way spiritually, intellectually, and socially.

“Docmar” represents the new office now. How it become good, pleasant and jocund to everyone. Within its four corners there is freedom, love and wisdom. And as it catches light, it reminds the students the beauty, the talent, stature and wholesome image of our Dean, to serve as a role model in the university. That’s why there is a need to give a big hanD  to the college of Arts and Sciences Dean, Dr. Mario A. Fetalver Jr. for his accomplishments.
